This Project receives funding from European Commission.

Flexible forms of work are actual theme and it is discussed by different groups of people. We can divide this people into 3 basic groups, which arise from different views on this topic. The first one is the employee view , the second one is the employeers view and the last one is government view (i.e. what flexible work brings to employees, to employers and to government).

The Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic as a voluntary organization uniting employers and entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic is iniciator of this Project. We decided to contribute to this topic and to focus mainly on employers view. We understand that is difficult to rip it off from the overall view but we think that it is the key step for dissemination information between employers about flexible forms of work and promotion its wider use.
